MAILCHIMP
We use Mailchimp as a data processor for our newsletter correspondence. MailChimp has been certified by the Swiss Safe Harbor Frameworks since 2007, with the agreement of both the EU and the US. The Safe Harbor Frameworks have since been replaced by the Privacy Shield Framework and Mailchimp has also been certified for this. In light of the GDPR, Mailchimp's Data Processing Agreement has been updated and Mailchimp as a data processor has been included in the Standard Contractual Clauses of the Data Processor, 2010 and thus complies with European data processing guidelines.
