{"id":669,"date":"2023-09-29T13:24:15","date_gmt":"2023-09-29T11:24:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reachproductsafety.com\/?p=669"},"modified":"2023-10-09T20:42:30","modified_gmt":"2023-10-09T18:42:30","slug":"bijwerken-van-reach-registraties","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reachproductsafety.com\/en\/bijwerken-van-reach-registraties\/","title":{"rendered":"Companies are late with updating their REACH-registrations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The REACH regulation requires companies to update their REACH registrations \"without undue delay\" in case certain information is no longer correct.<\/p>\n<p>A few years ago, a supplementary regulation was published (EU\/2020\/1435) that specified further deadlines for adjusting the registration dossier.\nFor example, a change in the composition of a substance must be incorporated into the REACH registration file within three months.<\/p>\n<p>ECHA, the European Chemicals Agency, recently conducted an audit and many companies were found to be at fault.
